Access Bars® | Mind & Emotional Patterns

A gentle, hands-on modality that helps release mental, emotional and energetic limitations stored within the body by working with 32 touch points on the head, known as “Bars”.

Reiki | Energetic & Physiological Regulation

An ancient, hands-on, energy-based modality that works with “Ki”, our life force energy which flows through us and around us and is part of our energy field, also referred to as the aura. Reiki supports relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety, emotional balance, improved sleep and general overall wellbeing.

Sound Therapy | Brain & Nervous System

Sound therapy is used for chakra or ‘energy centre’ balancing. The sounds and frequencies emitted by Tibetan singing bowls helps guide the mind-body-soul complex into a deep, theta brain wave state, a meditative state where recalibration and self-healing can occur. Sound therapy can help release stuck or stored emotions from the body and the subconscious by bringing these to the surface and into our awareness so that whatever needs to be released may be acknowledged and cleared.

About Me


My approach to healing is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I am an Access Bars practitioner, Reiki practitioner and certified sound healing practitioner, accredited through The Lightwork Experience (2023) and hold a Dip. Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine).

Raised in a home that embraced natural and non-conventional healing, my interest in holistic wellbeing began from an early age. In 2013, I left South Africa to travel where I discovered yoga, a turning point in my life, that deepened my spiritual enquiry and shaped the direction of my path.

I offer complementary therapies that support the nervous system and help address emotional factors that can contribute to stress and imbalance. I believe healing begins when we acknowledge the emotional body and connect with natural resources available to us.

  • A hands-on therapy where 32 points on the head are worked on. Think of it like a gentle reflexology but for the brain. The aim of a session is to help release stored repetitive thoughts and patterns that are contributing to stress and overwhelm.

    Access Bars is a wonderful, complementary therapy to help with ADHD, improving mental clarity, emotional regulation and assisting with better sleep patterns. It is suitable for children, teenagers and adults and any individuals seeking non-invasive methods to help with high stress and mental overload by facilitating a deep state of relaxation.

  • A beautiful, hands-on healing technique that has been used for centuries to help soothe the mental and physical bodies. Reiki helps invoke deep relaxation, it supports stress reduction, helps to improve sleep and supports emotional release and ease.

  • Sound is vibration, it influences us and impacts our energy systems. Sound therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing known. Tibetan singing bowls have been used for both meditation practices and healing since ancient times. The frequencies emitted by the bowls help shift the brain into a Theta brainwave state which induces a deep meditative and relaxed state. The vibrations of these frequencies calms the nervous system and the body can begin to self soothe. It also helps to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

  • Sessions vary from 60-90 minutes, depending on what the client needs. When you enquire to book a session, kindly specify.

  • It’s advised not to consume a heavy meal before your appointment, the body responds well to energetic therapies when it is not using up its energy trying to digest food. Hydrate well. Setting an intention for your session is recommended :)
